Our choice and appointment of subcontractors is subject to the client’s agreement. We ensure any appointed subcontractor meets all contract requirements for work, inspection, and testing.
Planning & Feedback
Project personnel interface with Estimating to establish a clear scope of work. We use MS Project, MS Office, and CAD Viewer for planning and maintain a crucial feedback loop to improve procedures.
Quality Assurance / Quality Control
We develop project-specific Quality Plans based on contract specifications. This plan presents a logical progression of processes to monitor engineering, procurement, and manufacturing activities.
